COOK UP SOME FUN!

  Graffiti Night
Cover the table with a white or brown paper tablecloth. Give everyone crayons or washable markers so they can decorate the tablecloth before dinner and between courses. Another variation is to create Graffi-Tees. Have everyone wear white t-shirts and graffiti each other with laundry safe markers. Wear your tees on your next family outing!
  Try New Things Night
Like Mom always said, You won't know if you like it unless you try it! So this Wednesday, try everything new. A new variety of Voila!, a new kind of salad dressing, and don't forget a new flavor of ice cream for dessert!
  Good Deed Days
Everyone picks a name of another family member from a bowl, and has to perform a good deed for that person during the week. For example, do their laundry, straighten their room, walk the dog, clean the dishes. Doing each other's homework doesn't count!
  Pajama Night
PILLOW FIGHT!!! Well, not quite. Everyone comes to dinner wearing his or her favorite pajamas. For fun, set the table with a colorful sheet. After dinner, read a classic bedtime story at the table. Everyone can take turns reading a part of the story and add funny voices for the characters.
  Wednesday Sundaes
Serve ice cream, frozen yogurt or pudding for dessert, and put out a variety of toppings (fudge, butterscotch, cherries, sprinkles, chocolate chips, nuts, crumbled cookies, whipped topping, etc.). Let everyone make their own special dessert creations. If you like living on the edge, you can even let your kids make you dessert!
  Family Olympics
Who's the best at the wheelbarrow race? Who's the king of the ping-pong table? Have family style Olympic events every Wednesday night after dinner. Compete in both team events, like Pictionary, and individual events, like potato sack races. At the end of each month, hand out medals to each family member.
  Backwards Wednesday
Make it a backwards night! Have everyone come to the table with their clothes on backwards, then eat the meal in reverse. Start with dessert (fruit), then your favorite Voila!® variety, and finish the meal with appetizers. Have place cards with everyone's names spelled backwards. Practice saying each other's backwards names.
  News Night
Each person has to report a recent local news story, give a sports report, or do the weather forecast. Talking about current events will keep everyone at the table well educated and informed. Or, to make it an even more local news report, give your kids a camera and have them do a report on Ms. Smith’s new rose bush or little Johnny’s new puppy. Lights, Camera, Action!
  Picture Night
Have each family member bring some of their favorite pictures from the past to the table. Baby pictures, pictures from a recent vacation... they will bring a smile to everyone's face and spark great conversation that's filled with laughter.
  Family Movie Night
Gather the family around the table, then the TV! Pop in a new movie each week, complete with popcorn and the lights turned low, for a family movie night. Mom or Dad can even pretend to be ushers and show the kids to their seats. Let each family member take turns picking the movie.
  Joke Night
Why did the chicken cross the road? To get to his dinner plate full of Voila!® Everyone loves a good joke, so take turns telling silly jokes and riddles. Keep track of all of them by making your own family joke book. Make a copy for everyone in the family for a memento they can enjoy in the future.
  International Night
Theme music, decorations, and table settings to the Voila!® meal you're serving. When serving an Italian Voila!® meal like Alfredo Chicken, play opera music in the background and serve the meal on a red and white checked tablecloth. Buon Appetito! For an Asian style Voila!® meal, like Chicken Stir Fry, serve the meal with chopsticks. Add to the fun by sharing a few facts about the country or region. (example: Did you know that the country of Italy is shaped like a boot? Did you know that the Chinese invented spaghetti?)
  Plan an Indoor Picnic
Have Family Picnic Night…indoors! Put blankets and pillows on the floor around a vinyl tablecloth. Set up a picnic supper with plastic plates, cups, and utensils. Best of all…no ants! Don’t forget your shorts and sunglasses!
  Family Basketball
After dinner, take everyone outside for a game of HORSE! Everyone shoots a basketball at the hoop from the same spot. If you make the shot your safe, if you miss you get a letter. The last person to spell HORSE wins. Let the winner pick dessert.
Make Every Wednesday Voila!® & Game Night
After a complete meal with Voila!®, keep the family around the table with a board game. Introduce your kids to some of your old time favorites and let them introduce you to some of theirs. Add some friendly competition and allow the winner of the game to pick a weekend activity for the family to participate in. A game can be a great way to get family conversation going.

BACK TO DELICIOUS FAMILY FUN!
